How to make Preserved Lemons - erinmadethis (1 of 1)

The first time I tried preserved lemons, my mind was blown. How could lemons that have been sitting in salty water taste so good?, was my question. I don’t care, just make some ASAP,was my answer.

My friend once made me an epic chermoula chicken tagine thing with preserved lemon. I’m going to try and make it Saturday night with these babies I made about a month ago. The process is so simple and if you made some now, you’ll have some pretty special gifts to give out Christmas Day.

This is great! I love anything lemon flavoured. Now I just need to get my tree to grow a bit more so I can stop pinching my neighbours lemons!! Thanks so much for linking this recipe up to our Fabulous Foodie Fridays party.
