Head & Heart // July 2015

Despite absolutely freezing in my part of the world, July was pretty sweet! Here is my Head & Heart for this month. As usual, I’m linking up with Lime Tree Bower!

For heaters, warm clothing and an oven to cook lovely winter food in. The oven in particular has been getting a real workout this month and I’ve found myself having a bit of renewed focus on meal planning and healthy eating.

About how I can be more productive. I need a routine for working on this blog because I am literally losing it. Also just for life. Ha.

I want to read more, learn more and do more but have more time. Can’t be hard, right?

Any productivity tips would be totally welcomed!

I was getting all prepped and pumped for Pro Blogger, but a last minute change has me attending this instead. No regrets. Except for the fact I won’t be seeing my blogging pals.

I went away on a 3 day retreat with Year 11 students. The horse below made an appearance. Sadly, the hot water did not.

July had me making Banoffee Pies for Fat Mum Slim and Molten Salted Caramel Puds for Kaleidoscope.

Earlier in the month, I teamed up with Moccona Coffee by making some Apple Spelt Pop Tarts and Salted Caramel for their new site. Luisa Brimble was the Photographer and Stephanie Stemantis was the stylist. Hello dream team. You should check it out here!

The Life Changing Magic of Tidying up. Hopefully it’ll help with productivity note above.

Saving quite a bit actually. Which has got me super proud. I did score some Oprah tickets though which has got me too excited for words.

The Moccona photo shoot looked just dreamy – enjoy your weekend, it looks tailor made for you! My July was pretty awesome what with a birthday festival and a holiday to the mother country. Here’s to August being just as awesome! x

Beautiful photos of succulents and that lovely horse, Erin. From where I am, it definitely doesn’t look like you’re losing it on the blogging front…quite the opposite! Had a great July and hoping August will be even better…off to Japan next week for an adventure, woohoo! All the best for the month ahead (well…we’re 10 days in already!) x
