YOU GUYS! I have finished my christmas shopping.

I am refusing to head back to the shops from this moment forward. Unless I am going there to buy mangoes or cherries or some other equally glorious food. Who’s with me?

I’ve done most of my shopping online this year. I love it, but it’s rendered me giftless for two of my friends. So, I had to reschedule a couple of catch ups to this weekend in the hopes that AUSPOST will get it’s shit together.

One other christmas thing I need to do is maybe make a batch of marshmallows for colleagues. I’ve already made them some spicy peach jam {peaches, ginger, cinnamon quill, star anise!} but there will not be enough to go around. I’m stuck on a flavour though.

Christmas basically vomited this weekend when I made a couple of cute rosemary wreath garlands with my friend. Rosemary is really revealing it’s festive qualities to me this year. What else can I make with it? Rosemary Marshmallows?

What you need to do:

5. You’re done! Hang your garland while sipping a festive drink and listening to Justin Bieber’s christmas album.
